Join us at Revelstoke Mountain Resort for the 2024 Revelstoke International Freeskiers Association Junior 2*—an incredible opportunity for young skiers aged 7 to 19 to hone their skills in a supportive, enjoyable atmosphere.
Revelstoke proudly represents the "Western Canada - Alberta & BC" region, uniting talents from Alberta and British Columbia. Witness the competitors as they take on natural terrain, showcasing their prowess in five key categories: Line Choice, Control, Fluidity, Technique, and Style/Energy. It's all about the thrill of the slopes and the pursuit of excellence.
Registration Opens: Friday, January 26th 2024 at 6pm MST.
An IFSA Junior membership is required to compete.

Junior Series Athlete Handbook 2024
To align with the IFSA qualification standards, the event is open to skiers ages 7 to 19 featuring 6 categories: 7-11/12-14/15-19 male and female. All age cut off dates are based on the age turned prior to December 31, 2023.
The award ceremony will be held Sunday, March 10 at 5:00pm in The Paul Mair Plaza, directly following the competition.

2* COMPETITION REGISTRATION
The IFSA is composed of nine Regions, each with their own specific set of needs and unique influential dynamics. The Regional Series Directors will select a 2* Registration timeline which best suits their athlete populations, no shorter than 4 weeks before an event, and no longer than 8 weeks before a competition is held.
Regardless of when a 2* event registration opens, the process will follow the same steps, to assure consistency across Region 2.
NOTES:
- Credit Cards are charged at the time of athlete confirmation, along with non-refundable LiveHeats and IFSA fees. Cancellation before Step 2, the 72 hour registration window closing, is possible without penalty or charge.
- For 2024, four Regions have elected to restrict 2* registration to athletes within their Region, so as to guarantee enough starts for their local junior athlete community. These Regions are Intermountain, Northern, Rockies, and Western Canada. Once these Regions have completed the above registration process, they have the choice to reopen registration for their 2* events to out of region athletes, should these events not be full.
