Arrowhead Crossing is located along Airport Way and Nichol Road, just minutes from the resort. Rooted In History
Arrowhead Crossing is named after the historic transportation hub of Arrowhead, located 43km south of Revelstoke on the east shore of Upper Arrow Lake. The community was established by the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1895 to facilitate transportation for miners and loggers heading into the Lardeau area. The first building constructed was the Lakeview Hotel, soon followed by a general store, drug store, bank, two churches, a school, and a hospital by 1905. Two large sawmills employed over 500 people. The economy of Arrowhead declined as the mines in the region closed and the last paddle wheeler in service, the SS Minto, made its final trip in 1954.
Drawing inspiration from Revelstoke's rich railway heritage, Arrowhead Crossing will feature a contemporary design that reflects the city's history and character. Wood and steel elements will be utilized throughout the build process to ensure a look that ties back to Revelstoke's roots.
A Diverse Offering
Arrowhead Crossing will be a long-term residential neighborhood offering approximately 40 townhomes (some units with optional suites), and 40 condos. This area has been specifically zoned for residential use and short-term rentals will not be permitted. The intent is to create a vibrant community of year-round residents who share a passion for a recreation-forward lifestyle and embrace the beautiful surroundings of Revelstoke.

Core to living in Revelstoke is the tight-knit community formed by like-minded individuals. Arrowhead Crossing will be constructed with this in mind. The condo building will be three stories with a common outdoor patio, a flex shop space, and in-suite gear racks. This is echoed in the pedestrian and cyclist network, shared streets, and connected open spaces throughout the neighborhood.
