Cat Skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

Experience cat skiing with unlimited vertical at Revelstoke Mountain Resort in the legendary Selkirk Mountains for an unforgettable skiing adventure. Take in the breathtaking views of the Monashee Mountains and the Columbia River from South Bowl, Montana Bowl and Kokanee Bowl. Enjoy fabulous alpine bowls, naturally gladed slopes and our renowned light, dry powder snow. Snow conditions and the group's ability will dictate the terrain that is accessed each day. Full-day packages include unlimited vertical, equipment rentals, on-slope lunch, and après ski appetizers. Trip Schedule

7:30 a.m.	Meet at the ROC in Nelsen Lodge to check-in for the day.
7:45 a.m.	Meet your Guides for the day and sign a release of liability waiver.
8:30 a.m.	Load the Revelation Gondola and proceed up the Stoke Chair.
9:00 a.m.	Backcountry Orientation and Avalanche Beacon training.
9:30 a.m.	Cat Skiing begins!
12:00 p.m.	Enjoy your lunch in a beautiful backcountry setting.
12:15 p.m.	Cat Skiing continues.
3:30 p.m.	Return with your group to enjoy an après ski appetizers.
4:00 p.m.	Return your rental equipment to the Rental Shop in Nelsen Lodge.

Ultimate ROC Pack

Have you ever wanted to experience it all? All of the action of the life lived through those featured in winter sports films? This is the ultimate four day package. This program includes a prep day with a Pro, followed by a day of Cat Skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, a day of Heli Skiing with Selkirk Tangiers, and a full day of backcountry touring. Your ability level will dictate the level of challenge, but this program is designed for advanced intermediates and expert skiers/riders. The only limiting factor will be your fitness level. So get out there and get ready for the ultimate in snow vacations.

Upon arrival guests will given an information pack outlining the following itinerary:

• Arrival - Meet and Greet

• Day 1 - Cat/Heli Prep

• Day 2 - Cat Skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort

• Day 3 - Day Heli Skiing with Selkirk Tangiers

• Day 4 - Day Tour in the backcountry of Revelstoke

Age: 16+ (Minors must be accompanied by an adult)

Dates: Subject to availability. Day 1 must be on a Monday or Wednesday

Price: $2888 for two people

Pack Rental: $30 per person

Touring Equipment Rental: $55 per person

This program can be extended to suit the needs of the guest.

Backcountry Safety

Our certified Guides and Assistant Ski Guides have been guiding in the terrain now known as Revelstoke Mountain Resort since the early 1980s. Together with the Avalanche Forecasting Professionals and Pro Patrol Team at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, our Guides evaluate the snowpack, on-going weather patterns and terrain on a daily basis. The majority of our Cat Skiing terrain is gladed with open meadows. Exposed terrain is avoided when high avalanche hazards are present.

Additional steps taken each day include include safety briefings, beacon demonstrations, distribution of an avallanche beacon for each guest, training on how to use additional backcountry equipment, and continuous communication between guides and guests throughout the day about the terrain and hazards around them.
